This policy describes what information Finley stores, how long records are retained, and how deletion requests are handled.

Retention Windows

Account and learning records are retained only as long as needed to provide service, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.

Deletion Process

Parents can request deletion at any time via hello@finleyreads.com. Deletion requests are confirmed once processing is complete.
